National Semiconductor's LMV851/LMV852/LMV854 are CMOS input, low-power operational amplifier chips that offer low input bias current, a wide temperature range of -40°C to +125°C and superior performance that makes them powerful general-purpose components. In addition, the LMV851/LMV852/LMV854 are hardened to reduce EMI interference, making them ideal for EMI-sensitive applications. The unity-gain stable LMV851/LMV852/LMV854 features 8 MHz bandwidth while consuming only 0.4 mA per channel. These devices also maintain high stability with capacitive loads up to 200 pF. The LMV851/LMV852/LMV854 offer superior performance in power and space terms of use and economy. This part of the family has a rail-to-rail output stage and input common-mode voltage range, including ground offset voltage, with a maximum input of 1 mV. The LMV851/LMV852/LMV854 deliver 92 dB CMRR and 93 dB PSRR in the operating voltage range from 2.7V to 5.5V. The LMV851/LMV852/LMV854 are available in space-saving 5-pin SC70, 8-pin MSOP, and 14-pin TSSOP packages.
