The LMX2310/1/2/3U is a high-performance synthesizer. The LMX2310/1/2U uses a selectable, 32/33 and 16/17 dual-mode divider. The LMX2313U uses an selectable, dual-mode 16/17 and 8/9 prescaler. The device, when combined with a high-quality reference oscillator and voltage controlled oscillator, produces very stable, low-noise maximum local oscillator signals and wireless communication equipment under conversion.

Serial data transfer to the LMX2310/1/2/3U via a three-wire interface (data, enable, clock) can interface directly with a low-voltage baseband processor. The supply voltage range is from 2.7V to 5.5V. The LMX2310U has a very low current consumption, typically 2.3 mA at 3.0V.

The LMX2310/1/2/3U is available in National Semiconductor's 0.5μABIC V-silicon BiCMOS process and is available in a 20-pin CSP package.
