The LMV1099 is an uplink and downlink speech intelligibility improvement analog IC ideal for mobile phones. Upstream speech intelligibility improves rejection of far-field noise through a unique dual-microphone solution. Downstream speech intelligibility improves SNR (signal-to-noise ratio) between downstream speech and the noise environment around the user's earpiece.

The LMV1099 maintains a close-range microphone voice signal within the uplink nearfield range while rejecting far-field noise that is larger than 0.5 meters from the microphone.

The LMV1099 also enhances environment-based downlink speech intelligibility for near-field SNR users. The analog circuit adapts to both the ambient noise environment of the dynamic user and the amplitude of the downstream signal to ensure optimal SNRI (Signal-to-Noise Ratio Improvement). The downlink path also passes through an adjustable high-pass filter to attenuate the signal-to-noise ratio before the signal-to-noise ratio speech enhances the downlink to reach the user's earpiece.

With digital noise reduction solutions, full analog low power consumption LMV1099 increase DSP-type artifacts, distortion or delay processing of uplink and downlink speech intelligibility.
