illustrate
LMH1981 chip is a high-performance multi-format synchronization ideal for splitters used in a wide range of video applications such as broadcast and professional video equipment and HDTV/DTV systems.
The input acceptance standard is a bidirectional or three-level synchronously analog SD/ED/HD video signal, the output provides critical timing signals for CMOS logic, swing from rail to rail (V CC and GND), including composites, horizontal and vertical synchronization, burst/trailing edge timing, odd/even domain, and output in video formats. Its leading edge (drop), HSYNC features very low jitter, minimizing the external circuitry need to clean up and reduce jitter during subsequent clock generation phases.
LMH1981 chip automatically detects the input video format without the need for microcontroller programming, and is suitable for slicing to ensure accurate synchronization of extraction at Oh, even improper termination of irregular amplitude or input loss of 50% accurate synchronization. Its unique video format output conveys an 11-bit binary serial data stream with a total horizontal line count per session, which can be decoded by the video system to determine the input video format and dynamically adjust system parameters such as color space or scaler conversion. LMH1981 chip is in a 14-pin TSSOP package over a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C
