The LMH6622 is a dual high speed voltage feedback operational amplifier optimized for low noise. A voltage, current noise specification, bandwidth of 160MHz/1.5pA, 1.6nV/harmonic distortion specification, and no combination of more than 90dBc make the LMH6622 ideal for receive-channel amplifiers in ADSL, VDSL, or other noise specifications xDSL designs. The LMH6622 operates in dual-supply operation from ± 2.5 V to ± 6 V from a +5 V to +12 V single-supply configuration. LMH6622 is stabletargetV> = 2targetV The LMH6622 is manufactured with National Semiconductor's advanced VIP10 process technology and achieves an excellent bandwidth (160MHz) current consumption of only 4.3mA/amplifier. This dual amplifier package is available in an 8-pin SOIC and an 8-pin MSOP.
