The LP3907 is a versatile, programmable power management unit, low-power FPGA, microprocessor, and DSP optimized. The device integrates dynamic voltage management (DVM) for two high-efficiency 1A/600mA step-down DC/DC converters, two 300mA linear regulators, and a 400kHz I 2 The C-compatible interface allows a master controller to access the LP3907 with internal control registers. In addition, the LP3907 features programmable power supply sequencing. Package options include a tiny 4× 4×0.8mm law firm 24-pin package and a smaller 2.5×2.5mm micro SMD 25 solder ball package.
