LME49600 ist ein leistungsstarker, verzerrungsarmer High-Fidelity-Audiopuffer mit 250 mA. LME49600 ist für eine Vielzahl von Anwendungen ausgelegt. Er kann in der Rückkopplungsschleife des internen Operationsverstärkers verwendet werden.

LME49600 in pin-wählbaren Bandbreiten erhältlich: Niederstrommodus, bis zu 110 MHz Bandbreite, der 7,3 mA verbraucht, und breiter 180-MHz-Bandbreitenmodus, der 13,2 mA verbraucht. In beiden Modi haben LME49600 eine nominale Anstiegsrate von 2000 V/μs. Durch Verlassen des Bandbreitenpins oder BW-Pins und V_EEDie Bandbreite eines Widerstands, der zwischen den Pins geschaltet ist, ist leicht einstellbar.

LME49600 ist vollständig durch interne Strombegrenzung und thermische Abschaltung geschützt.
