illustrate
The LMV301's CMOS op amp is single-supply operation, ideal for guaranteed low-voltage operation from 1.8V to 5V. Low input bias current is less than 0.182pA typical, eliminating input voltage errors that can come from small input signals. This makes the LMV301 ideal for electrostatic applications requiring low input drain such as sensitive photodetector impedance amplifiers and sensor amplifiers. The LMV301 also features rail-to-rail output voltage swings in an additional input common-mode range, including ground. The LMV301 will drive 600 resistive loads and follow capacitive loads up to 1000pF at unity gain. The low voltage also makes the LMV301 ideal for portable two-cell battery systems and single-cell lithium-ion battery systems.
The LMV301 exhibits an excellent speed/power consumption ratio of 1MHz unity and low supply current gain. The high DC gain of 100dB makes it ideal for other low frequency applications.
The LMV301 is available in the SC-70 package, which is the only 2.0X2.1X1.0mm space-saver. It is also similar, except that the LMV301 LMV321 has a CMOS input.
