illustrate
The LPV521 is a single nanopower 552 nanowatt amplifier designed for ultra-long battery life applications. The operating voltage range of 1.6V to 5.5V, combined with the typical current of 351 nA, makes it ideal for RFID readers and long-range sensor nanopower applications. The device has a common mode voltage of 0.1V at the input of the rail, ensuring the output performance of the TCV OS and voltage swing rail. The LPV521 has a well-designed CMOS input stage that outperforms competitors in general 40 FA bias current. This low input current greatly reduces the bias of the errors introduced by the Os Megaohm resistor, the high-impedance photodiode, and the responsible induction. The PowerWise members ™ of the LPV521 family and have an excellent power-to-performance ratio.
The wide input common-mode voltage range, guaranteed by the operating system of 1 mV V OS and 3.5μV/° Comet TCV, enables accurate and stable measurements of high-side and low-side current detection.
EMI protection is designed to devices, from mobile phones or other RFID readers, to reduce the susceptibility of unwanted RF signals.
The LPV521 is available in a 5-pin SC-70 package.
