The LM26LV/LM26LVQ is a low-voltage, high-precision, dual-output, low-power temperature switch, temperature sensor. The temperature trip point (T trip) can be pre-set at the factory for any temperature range from 0°C to 150°C 1℃ Increment. The built-in temperature hysteresis (T HYST) output is stable and maintains at ambient temperature instability.
When the LM26LV/LM26LVQ temperature switch output assertion in normal operation, the temperature of the mold exceeds the T trip. When the temperature drops below a certain temperature (T Journey - T HYST), the temperature switch output will reset. The OVERTEMP digital output is positively high with the push-pull structure, while the ^OVERTEMP digital output, the low-level effective, open-drain structure.
The analog output, V temperature, provides an analog output voltage with a negative temperature coefficient (NTC).
The driving trip test input is high: (1) the digital output of the cause in-situ verification assertion, and (2) the threshold voltage V temperature output pin appears, which may be used to verify the temperature trigger point.
The LM26LV/LM26LVQ has a low supply voltage of as low as 1.8 volts and is ideal for system designs. With its wide operating range, low supply current, and excellent accuracy, it offers temperature switching solutions for a wide range of commercial and industrial applications.
