The LM98519 is a fully integrated, high-performance solution for 10-bit, 65 MSPS, signal processing, digital color copiers, scanners and other image processing applications.
With the innovative six channels using correlated double sampling (CDS), or sample-and-hold (Shanghai) sampling architecture to achieve high-speed signal throughput.
1x or 2x gain setting for CDS/SH input stage.
Each channel has a dedicated 1x to 10x (8-bit) PGA, allowing precise gain adjustment for each channel.
The digital white level autocalibration loop automatically sets the PGA value to achieve the selected white target level.
Each channel also features a ± 4-bit thick, ±10-bit fine analog offset correction DAC that allows for sampling and holding amplifier offset correction before the DAC.
These corrections control the automatic digital black level correction loop.
PGA and offset DACs, each channel is independently programmed to allow unique gain values and offsets of six channels.
A 2-to-1 multiplexing scheme routes the signals of three 65MHz high performance ADCs.
The fully differential processing channel achieves excellent noise immunity and has a very low noise floor of 68 dB.
The 10-bit analog-to-digital converter has excellent power performance and is transparent in the image reproduction chain LM98519.
