The LMV796/LMV796Q and LMV797 are unity-gain stable operational amplifiers with a gain bandwidth of 17 MHz. The LMV796/LMV796Q/LMV797 has a supply voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V and can be operated from a single supply. Each function rail-to-rail output stage of the LMV796/LMV796Q/LMV797 is capable of driving 600Ω loads and procuring currents up to 60 milliamps. The LMV796/LMV796Q home provides the best performance of low-voltage and low-noise systems. The CMOS input stage, typical input bias current in several femtoAmperes ranges, and input common-mode voltage range, including ground, make the LMV796/LMV796Q and LMV797 ideal for low-power sensor applications. LMV796/LMV796Q/LMV797 is manufactured using the national advanced VIP50 process. The LMV796/LMV796Q is available in a 5-pin SOT23 package.
