The LMV641 is a low power, high bandwidth extended supply voltage range of 2.7V to 12V operational amplifier.

It features unity gain stabilization at a typical supply current of 138 μA, 10 MHz gain-bandwidth product. Other main specifications are 105 dB 120 dB PSRR, CMRR, V OS target 500μV Input reference voltage noise of 14 NV / and 0.002% THD. The amplifier has a rail-to-rail output stage that includes the common-mode input voltage of the negative supply.

The LMV641 operates in a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C and is available in space-saving 5-pin SC70 and 8-pin SOIC packages.
