The LMV641 is a low-power, high-bandwidth extended supply voltage range from 2.7V to 12V operational amplifier.

It features unity gain stability at a typical supply current of 138μA, a gain-bandwidth product of 10 MHz. Other major specifications are 105 dB, 120 dB PSRR, CMRR, V OS 500μV, input reference voltage noise of 14 NV / and 0.002% THD. The amplifier has a rail-to-rail output stage that includes a common-mode input voltage from a negative supply.

Operating the LMV641 with a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C and is available in space-saving 5-pin SC70 and 8-pin SOIC packages.
