The national LMV651/LMV652/LMV654 is a high-performance, low-power operational amplifier integrated circuit implemented with the national advanced VIP50 process. This part of the home functions while consuming only 116 μA of current, which is a special bandwidth in which the op amp class power is 12 MHz bandwidth. The LMV651/LMV652/LMV654 are unity-gain stable and provide an excellent solution for low-voltage general-purpose amplification for low-power applications.

This series of low-voltage, low-power amplifiers provides superior performance in power and space usage and economy. These op amps have a maximum input offset voltage of 1.5 mV, a rail-to-rail output stage, and an input common-mode voltage range, which includes ground. The LMV651/LMV652/LMV654 offers a PSRR of 95 dB, a common-mode rejection ratio (CMRR) of 100 dB and a total harmonic distortion of 0.003% THD at a frequency of 1 kHz and a 2kΩ load.

The working power supply voltage range for this part of the home is from 2.7V to 5.5V. These operational amplifiers can operate over a wide temperature range (-40°C to 125°C), making them ideal for automotive, sensor, and portable device applications. The LMV651 is available in ultra-small 5-pin SC70 and 5-pin SOT-23 packages. The LMV652 is available in an 8-pin MSOP package. The LMV654 is available in a 14-pin TSSOP package.
