AFCT-721XPDZ

The Avago AFCT-721XPDZ 1310nm XFP is a high-performance, cost-effective optical transceiver module for serial optical datacom applications with signal rates from 10.30 Gb/s to 11.3 Gb/s. The module complies with the XFP MSA Rev 4.5 standard.

Designed for use in single-mode fibers, it can operate at a nominal wavelength of 1310nm. The emitter section includes an Avago Technologies uncooled direct-modulated 1310nm distributed feedback laser (DFB). The receiver section uses a growth plane TEDET PIN light detector for low dark current and outstanding responsiveness of Avago's MOVPE.

The Tx and Rx integrated signal conditioners provide high jitter tolerance and are compliant with all XFI standards.
