The Avago AFBR-5715LZ/AFBR-571xZ SFP optical transceiver family offers a wide range of Gigabit Ethernet design options, including optional DMI functionality, two temperature ranges (extended or industry standard), and a choice of standard or ring unlock.

The AFBR-5715Z Series is targeted at applications that require DMI functionality. The AFBR-5710Z series is targeted at applications that do not require DMI functionality.
