The MAX4383 is an ultra-small, low-cost, 210MHz, single-supply, rail-to-rail output, and disabled op amp

description

The MAX4380-MAX4384 op amps are family, unity-gain stable devices that combine high-speed performance, rail-to-rail output, and high-impedance disable modes. These devices operate from a single +4.5 V to +11 V supply or dual ± 2.25 V ± 5.5 V supplies. The common-mode input voltage range extends beyond the negative rail (ground in single-supply applications).

The MAX4380-MAX4384 require simultaneous implementation of 1 for 210MHz-3dB bandwidth, 0.1dB gain flatness of 55MHz, and slew rate of 485V/μs with only 5.5 mA of quiescent supply current per op amp. These devices are in low-power/low-voltage systems that require wide bandwidth, such asVideo, communication, instrumentation, excellent solutions.

The MAX4380 with disable is available in an ultra-small 6-pin SC70 package.
