The MAX4350 single and MAX4351 dual op amps are unity-gain stable devices combined with high-speed rail-to-rail output. Both devices operate from dual ±5V power supplies. The common-mode input voltage range extends to the negative supply rail.

The MAX4350/MAX4351 require both a 210MHz-3dB bandwidth and a slew rate of 485V/μs with only 6.9 mA per op amp from a quiescent supply. These two devices are low-power systems that require a wide range of bandwidths such as video, communications, instrumentation, and excellent solutions.

The space-saving 8-pin SOT23 package is available in the MAX4350 and MAX4351 in an ultra-small 5-pin SC70 package.
