DS24B33 4 KB of EEPROM

description

DS24B33 is a 4096-bit 1-Wire®EEPROM that organizes 16 pages of 256-bit memory. The data is written to a 32-byte register, verified, and then copied to EEPROM memory. DS24B33 communication, than a single-wire 1-Wire bus. Communication, following the standard 1-Wire protocol. Each device has its own immutable, unique 64-digit registration number, which is programmed to the chip at the factory. The registration number is used to resolve devices in a multipoint 1-Wire network environment. DS24B33 is a software-compatible DS2433.

The communication host uses the 1-Wire protocol, which can be up to 15.4kbps or up to 125kbps
Low-cost through-hole and surface-mount packages
Operating range: +2.8 V to +5.25 V, -40°C to +85°C
IEC 1000-4-2 Level 4 ESD protection (±8kV contact discharge, ± 15kV air, typical) is the IO pin
