DS28EC20 A 20,480-bit 1-Wire®EEPROM is organized into 80 x 256-bit memory

  • The 20480-bit non-volatile (NV) EEPROM is divided into 80 256-bit pages
  • 8 pages of memory pages (blocks) personal groups can be permanently write-protected or in OTP EPROM emulation mode ("write 0")

  • Strict read/write protocol 256-bit registers ensure data transfer integrity
  • 200K write/erase cycle endurance between +25°C
  • A unique factory-programmed 64-bit registration number ensures error-free device selection and absolute partial acceptance

DS28EC20 is a 20,480-bit 1-Wire®EEPROM organized into 80 256-bit memory pages. An additional page reservation control feature. The data is written to a 32-byte register, verified, and then copied to EEPROM memory. As a special feature, the 8 memory blocks can be written to protect or EPROM emulation mode, where the bits can only change from 1 to 0 state. DS28EC20 single-conductor 1-Wire bus for communication. Communication, following the standard 1-Wire protocol. Each device has its own immutable, unique 64-bit ROM registration number. The registration number is used to resolve devices in a multipoint 1-Wire network environment.
