description

LTM®The 8052 is a 36VIN, 5A, two-quadrant constant-voltage, constant-current (CVCC) step-down μModule®Voltage regulator. The switch controller, power switch, inductor, and support components are included in the package. The LTM8052 operates over an input voltage range of 6V to 36V and supports an output voltage range of 1.2V to 24V. The LTM8052 can sink or source current to maintain voltage regulation to positive and negative current limits. The output current limit can be set by a control voltage, a single resistor, or a thermistor.

The LTM8052 is available in a thermally enhanced, RoHS-compliant compact (11.25mm x 15mm), molded resin pad grid array (LGA) package for automated assembly with standard surface mount equipment.
