The LTM4614 is a dual, low Vin DC/DC μModule with 4A output per channel

LTM^®The 4614 is a complete 4A, dual-output, switch-mode DC/DC power supply. The package includes a switching controller, power FETs, inductor, and all supporting components. This dual, 4A, DC/DC converter operates from an input voltage range of 2.375V to 5.5V. The LTM4614 supports an output voltage range of 0.8V to 5V. The regulator output voltage is set by a single resistor for each output. Only high-capacity input and output capacitors are required to complete the design.

The low profile (only 2.82mm in height) enables the use of unused space on the back of the pc board for high-density point-of-load regulation.

Other features include overvoltage protection, foldback overcurrent protection, thermal shutdown, and programmable soft-start. The power module is available in a space-saving, thermally enhanced 15mm x 15mm x 2.82mm LGA package. The LTM4614 is Pb-free and RoHS compliant.
