• Product introduction

The family of FET drivers UC1710 is a low-level control function with high-speed Schottky process interface and extremely high power switching devices, especially power MOSFETs\x92s. These devices accept low current digital inputs to activate high currents, totem pole outputs, and can source or sink a minimum level of 6A.

The supply voltage range for VIN and VC is independent from 4.7V to 18V. These devices also feature undervoltage hysteresis lockout.

The UC1710 is available in an 8-pin package in a hermetically sealed dual in-line package \x9655°C to +125°C operation. The UC2710 and UC3710 are available in either an 8-pin plastic dual in-line or 5-pin, TO-220 package in a specified temperature range of \x9640°C to +85°C and 0°C to +70°C respectively.
