The ISL70002SEH is a radiation-hardened, hardened, high-efficiency monolithic synchronous buck regulator with integrated MOSFETs. This monolithic power solution operates from an input voltage range of 3V to 5.5V and provides a tightly regulated output voltage that is externally adjustable to 85% of the input voltage from 0.8V to 0.8V. Output load current capability of 12A T J≤+150°C The current share of two ISL70002SEH device configurations can provide 19A of output current, assuming a ± of 27%, the accuracy of the worst-case current share.

The ISL70002SEH uses peak current mode control with integrated error amplifier compensation and pin-selectable ramp compensation. Switching frequency 1MHz or 500kHz pins are selectable. Two ISL70002SEH devices can synchronize phase 180° to reduce input RMS ripple current.

The high level of integration makes the ISL70002SEH ideal for small power applications. The two devices can be synchronized to provide a complete power solution for LSIs, such as field-programmable gate arrays (FPGAs), that require separate core and I/O voltages.
