The ISL80111, ISL80112 and ISL80113 are ultra-low dropout LDOs that are size limited to the optimal balance between performance, size, and power consumption for datacom, computing, storage, and medical applications. These LDOs are specified as 1A, 2A, and 3A output current and low voltage conversion optimizations. Along with one-volt operation of 1V to 3.6V, and with traditional deviations on 3.3V to 5V, V OUT is adjustable from 0.8V to 3.3V. With a V PSRR greater than 100kHz of 40 dB makes these LDOs ideal for noise-sensitive applications. Guaranteed ±1.6%V OUT accuracy, overall conditions suitable for the precise voltage of these components, suppling's latest low-voltage digital integrated circuits. The enable input allows some to be placed in a low quiescent current shutdown mode. This series utilizes submicron CMOS processes to provide the best analog performance and overall value typically below 2.5V input voltage conversion required. It also features superior load transient regulation with a unique NMOS power stage. These LDOs feature significantly lower quiescent current consumption than the loads of bipolar LDOs.
