AD7277BUJZ-REEL7 3 MSPS 10-Bit ADC in a 6-Lead TSOT Package The AD7277 is a 10-bit, high-speed, low-power, successive approximation ADC. The operating voltage is from a single 2.35 V to 3.6 V supply with a maximum throughput of 3 MSPS. Contains a low-noise, wide-bandwidth track/hold amplifier that can handle input frequencies above 30 MHz.

The conversion process and data acquisition process are controlled by active-low CS and serial clocks to provide the device with microprocessoror DSP interface created the conditions. The input signal is sampled on the falling edge of the active-low CS, where the conversion is initiated at the same time. There is no pipeline delay.

The AD7277 uses advanced design techniques to achieve very low power consumption at high throughput.

The device uses an internal reference voltage, from V_DD This provides the widest dynamic input range for the ADC, so its analog input range is 0 to V_DD 。 The slew rate depends on the SCLK.
