AD7451BRT-R2 pseudo-differential input, 1 MSPS, 12-bit ADC in an 8-pin SOT-23 package

The AD7441/AD7451 are 10-bit and 12-bit, high speed, low power, single supply, successive approximation (SAR) modules, respectivelyconverter(ADC) with pseudo-differential analog inputs, operating from a single 2.7 V to 5.25 V supply, maximum throughput of 1 MSPS, and very low power consumption.

The AD7441/AD7451 contain a low noise, wide bandwidth, differential sample-and-hold (T/H) amplifier that can handle input frequencies up to 3.5 MHz. The external reference voltage is via V_REF Pin input from 100 mV to V_DD Range varies, depending on the power supply and application.

The conversion process and data acquisition are controlled by active-low CS and serial clocks, allowing the device to interface with a microprocessor or DSP. The input signal is sampled on the falling edge of the active-low CS, where the conversion is initiated at the same time. These devices feature a SAR architecture to ensure no pipeline delay.
