MPC17510 is a monolithic circuit H-bridge that is ideal for controlling small brush DC motors for portable electronic applications such as digital cameras and single-lens cameras. MPC17510 is a 2 V to 15 V H-bridge motor driver enabled and three-state bridge control MCU via a parallel interface (5 V logic compatible). The IC has a low on-resistance of 0.55 ohms (maximum) and a driver that can control PWM-ED at a frequency of 200 kHz.
