MPC17531ATEP 700 mA dual H-bridge motor driver with 3.0 V compatible logic I/O

The 17531A is a monolithic dual-H-bridge power IC ideal for bipolar stepper motors for portable electronic applicationsand/or DC brushed motors (e.g., head positioning for digital cameras and disk drives).
The 17531A ranges from 2.0 V to 8.6 V and features an internal charge pump that controls each independentlyThe H-bridge is via a parallel MCU interface. The device has built-in pass-through current protection and undervoltage shutdown.
The 17531A has four modes of operation: forward, reverse, braking, and tri-state ( high impedance). The 17531A has a lower total RDS(ON) of 1.2Ω (max @ 25°C).
The 17531A effectively pushes many types of micromotors due to its low output impedance and high outputSlew rate, low power consumption. The speed/torque and current-controlled H-bridge outputs up to 200 kHz can be pulsed independentlyWidth modulation (PWM.ed).
