XC6215B1827R-G 0.8μA Low Power LDO Voltage Regulator The output is controllable ON/OFF
The XC6215 series is a high-precision, low-noise, positive voltage output LDO voltage regulator chip produced using CMOS process. The series has a fairly low quiescent current of 0.8μA (TYP.), and the chip includes a voltage reference, an error amplifier, a current foldback circuit, a phase compensation circuit, and a transistor drive circuit.
The ultra-small USP-4/SSOT-24/USP-3/USPN-4 package is more suitable for the requirements of high-density circuit board applications, such as those in mobile phones.
The output voltage of each voltage regulator is set individually by the laser trimmer, and the voltage can be selected in 0.1V intervals between 0.9V~5.0V.
The XC6215 series is compatible with ceramic capacitors with low ESR.
The XC6215 series current limiter Foldback circuit provides short-circuit protection for the current limiter and output pins.
The XC6215 has a CE control function that allows the output of the voltage regulator to be turned off, which can greatly reduce power loss
