XC6222D301MR-G High-speed voltage regulator with ON/OFF switch compatible with low ESR capacitance

The XC6222 series is a high-speed LDO voltage regulator that achieves high accuracy, low noise, high ripple removal rate, low dropout voltage, and low current consumption.
It consists of a voltage reference, an error amplifier, a driver transistor, a current limit circuit, an overtemperature protection circuit, and a phase compensation circuit.
Putting a low level on the CE terminal can put the IC in standby mode.
In standby mode, an internal switch between the VOUT terminal and the VSS terminal discharges the charging charge of the capacitor (CL) for the stable output.
This discharge function allows the VOUT terminal to return to the VSS potential at high speed.
The built-in over-current protection circuit and over-temperature protection circuit will start working when the output current reaches the limit current or the junction temperature reaches the limit temperature.
