XC6372A501PR-G PWM,PWM/PFM Boost DC/DC Controller/converter

The XC6371/6372 series are a group of PWM-controlled step-up DC/DC converters. The XC6371/6372 series uses CMOS process and laser trimming technology to achieve low power consumption and high accuracy. The built-in phase compensation and soft-start circuitry makes it have good transient response and performance.
The output voltage can be selected in 100mV increments from 2.0V to 7.0V (accuracy: ±2.5%). The oscillation frequency can also be selected among three frequencies 50, 100, and 180kHz (accuracy: ±15%). Each built-in switch type uses only three external components to form a boost circuit: inductor, diode, and capacitor.
