XC9140A2514R-G boost synchronous rectification PFM controls DC/DCconverter

The XC9140 series is a ceramic capacitor with built-in 0.6Ω (TYP.) N-channel driver transistors, and 0.65Ω (TYP.) Step-up synchronous rectification DC/DC converter for P-channel synchronous rectifier switch transistors. PFM control achieves low current consumption, making it ideal for portable machines where high efficiency is important.
When the output voltage is 3.3V and the load current is 1mA, the input voltage VIN = 0.9V can be started. Can be used for applications starting from 1 alkaline battery or NiMH battery. The output voltage range is between 1.8V~5.0V (±2.0%) and can be set in 0.1V increments.
There are types that use the cut-off load function to cut off the conduction state between input and output when shutdown (XC9140A) and types that use the bypass mode function to make the input and output on state (XC9140C).
Products (under development) with a UVLO input Undervoltage Lock-Out function are also available, which stops the IC operation when the input voltage is too low to prevent leakage of battery fluid. We offer standard products with UVLO voltage of 2.15V (±3.0%), or products ordered by customers in 0.1V intervals in the range of 1.65V~2.2V.
