The PS2561-1/PS2561L-1 optocoupled isolators contain a GaAs LED and an NPN-type silicon phototransistor. The PS2561-1 is packaged in a plastic DIP (Dual In-line Package), while the PS2561L-1 is a curved pin (gullwing) package suitable for chip mounting.
PS2561L1-1 has curved pins and long creepage distances.
PS2561L2-1 has curved pins (gullwing type) and long creepage distance, suitable for SMD mounting.
