ADA4859-3ACPZ-R7 Single Supply, Fixed Gain G = 2, High Speed Video Amplifier with Internal Charge Pump
The ADA4859-3 (triple) is a single-supply, high speed current feedback amplifier with an integrated charge pump that eliminates the need for a negative supply to output negative voltages or 0 V levels, making it suitable for video applications. The large signal −3 dB bandwidth of 195 MHz, fixed gain2, and slew rate of 740 V/μs make this amplifier ideal for high-resolution professional and consumer video applications. The amplifier also has a wide input common-mode voltage range; When operating from a 5 V supply, the input range is 1.8 V below ground to 1.2 V below the positive rail.
This triple video amplifier is designed to operate from a 3.3 V to 5 V supply and has a total quiescent current of only 38 mA, including current consumed by the charge pump. It is power-down and reduces total supply current to 2 mA when not in use, further reducing power consumption. Even in power-down mode, a charge pump can be used to power external devices. A maximum of 50 mA of output current is provided at −3 V for external use.
The ADA4858-3 is available in a 16-lead LFCSP package and is designed to operate over the industrial temperature range of −40°C to +105°C.
