ADA4860-1YRJZ-RL7 high speed, low cost operational amplifier

The ADA4860-1 is a low cost, high speed, current feedback op amp with excellent overall performance. The -3 dB bandwidth of 800 MHz and 790 V/μs slew rate make this amplifier ideal for many high-speed applications. The amplifier's low cost, excellent differential gain (0.02%) and differential phase (0.02°), and 0.1 dB flatness at 125 MHz make it ideal for consumer and professional video applications.

The ADA4860-1 is designed to operate from +5 V to ±5 V supplies with a supply current of 6 mA. It also features a power-down feature that reduces supply current to 0.25 mA, further reducing power consumption.

The ADA4860-1 is available in a 6-lead SOT-23 package and is designed to operate over the -40°C to +105°C temperature range.
