ADA4891-1AR-EBZ Low-Cost CMOS, High-Speed, Rail-to-Rail Amplifier (Quad Channel)
The ADA4891-1 (single-channel), ADA4891-2 (dual-channel), ADA4891-3 (three-channel), and ADA4891-4 (quad-channel) are CMOS, high-speed, high-performance, low-cost amplifiers with single-supply capability and an extended input voltage range of less than 300 mV on the negative supply rail.
Although the ADA4891 series is less costly, it offers high performance and a wide range of features. The rail-to-rail output stage enables the output swing to within 50 mV of each supply rail to provide maximum dynamic range.
ADA4891 series amplifiers are ideal for imaging applications such as consumer video equipment, CCD buffers, and contact image sensors/buffers. Low distortion and fast settling times make these devices ideal for active filter applications.
ADA4891-1/ADA4891-2/ADA4891-3/ADA4891-4 are available in a variety of packages.
The ADA4891-1 is available in 8-pin SOIC and 5-pin SOT-23 packages.
The ADA4891-2 is available in 8-pin SOIC and 8-pin MSOP packages.
The ADA4891-3 and ADA4891-4 are available in 14-pin SOIC and 14-pin TSSOP packages.
Rated operating temperature range from −40°C to +125°C extended temperature range.
