The A1366LKTTN-10-T is a low-noise, high-precision, factory-programmed linear Hall-effect sensor with advanced temperature compensation and high-bandwidth (120 kHz) analog output

The Allegro™ A1366 factory-programmed linear Hall-effect current sensor IC is designed to achieve high accuracy and resolution. This is achieved by using new, proprietary linear interpolated temperature compensation technology that achieves virtually smooth sensitivity and offset over the entire operating temperature range through Allegro factory programming. The IC maintains smooth performance that does not change with temperature, making it ideal for current-sensing applications. Temperature compensation is done using integrated EEPROM technology within the digital domain without sacrificing analog signal path bandwidth, making the device ideal for HEV inverters, DC-to-DC converters, and electric power steering (EPS) applications.

This proportional Hall-effect sensor IC provides a voltage output proportional to the applied magnetic field. Sensitivity and static (zero field) output voltages are factory-programmed using high resolution to provide less than ±1% typical accuracy over the entire temperature range.

The sensor IC contains a highly sensitive Hall element with a BiCMOS interface integrated circuit that uses a low-noise, low-signal, high-gain amplifier, low impedance output stage, and high-bandwidth dynamic offset cancellation proprietary technology. These Hall effect technological advancements are combined to deliver industry-leading sensing resolution at full 120 kHz bandwidth. The device has built-in ground fault detection for high reliability in automotive applications.

The device parameters are suitable for a wider ambient temperature range: –40°°C to 150°C. The A1366 sensor IC is available in an ultra-thin (1 mm thick) 4-pin SIP (single in-line package, suffix: KT) in a lead-free package with 100% matte tin plating on the pin frame.
