A4941 three-phase motordriveIntegrated BEMF sensing, not required in fan applicationsHall sensor。

A pulse-modulated (PWM) input is provided to control motor speed, eliminating the need for an external variable power supply, saving system cost. The PWM input can also be used as a switch to terminate motor operation, allowing the IC to enter a low-power standby mode.

The A4941 is available in a 16-pin TSSOP package (suffix LP) with an exposed heat sink. The package is lead-free and 100% matte tin plating.
