    ADP3335It belongs to the ADP330x family of precision low dropout anyCAPsVoltage regulator。 The ADP3335 has an input voltage range of +2.6 V to +12 V and a maximum continuous load current of 500 mA. Using the lowest thermal resistance and modified process of any MSOP-8 package, the ADP3335 offers better performance than traditional LDOs and a performance advantage over competitive products. Its patented design requires only a 1.0 μF output capacitor to remain stable. The device is insensitive to the equivalent series resistance (ESR) of the output capacitor and is stable with any good quality capacitor, including ceramic (MLCC) type capacitors for space-constrained applications. The ADP3335 achieves excellent accuracy of ±0.9% at room temperature and ±1.8% accuracy for temperature, line, and load changes. The ADP3335 has a dropout voltage of only 200 mV (typical) at 500 mA. The device also features safe current limit, thermal overload protection, and shutdown. In shutdown mode, the ground current drops below 2 μA. At light loads, the ADP3335 has 60 µA (typical) ultra-low quiescent current.
