Product details

The AD5390/AD5391 are complete 16-channel, 14-bit, and 12-bit DACs that operate from a single supply. The AD5392 is a complete single-supply, 8-channel, 14-bit DAC. Available in 64-pin LFCSP or 52-pin LQFP packages. All channels have a rail-to-rail on-chip outputamplifier。 All devices include a 1.25 V/2.5 V, 10 ppm/°C reference. On-chip channel monitoring multiplexes analog outputs to a common MON_OUT pin for external monitoring, and output amplifier boost mode optimizes output amplifier slew rate.

THE AD5390/AD5391/AD5392 CONTAIN A 3-WIRE SERIAL INTERFACE WITH INTERFACE SPEEDS OVER 30 UMHz and are compatible with spi®, qspi,™ microwire™, and dsp interface standards; and an I2C-compatible interface that supports 400 kHz data transfer rates.

The input registers and subsequent DAC registers provide double buffering, allowing the DAC outputs to be updated independently or simultaneously using the LDAC inputs. Each channel has programmable gain and offset adjustment registers, allowing the user to fully calibrate any DAC channel.

Typical power consumption is 0.25 mA per channel.
