Variable gain amplifier

 

The ADL5330 is a wideband voltage variable gain amplifier specified to operate from 10 MHz to 3 GHz. The device provides precision linear dB gain control over a 60 dB range with approximately -40 dB attenuation and a gain of approximately +20 dB. When setting gain or attenuation over the 60 dB range, a gain control input voltage of 0 to 1.4 V is required.
 
The ADL5330 provides high linearity output power, making it an ideal solution for transmitting signal paths in wireless infrastructure.
 
The ADL5330 is available in a 24-lead LFCSP package and is specified over the –40°C to +85°C temperature range.
