The FG400 easily generates basic, application-specific, and arbitrary waveforms with sine wave frequencies ranging from .01 μHz to 30 MHz. Output waveforms include sine waves, square waves, pulse waves, ramp waves, parametric variables, noise (Gaussian distribution), DC waves, and arbitrary waveforms. The device includes isolated outputs that allow users to use them for the development of floating circuits such as motor drives, inverters, power supplies, and other power electronics. In addition, multiple units can be synchronized together to produce an output of up to 12 phases.
