A1244 为双线式霍尔效应锁存器。 这些设备通过 Allegro®先进的 BiCMOS 晶圆制造流程，使用其专有的高频率四相斩波稳定技术制造。 此技术可实现相对于所有操作温度的磁稳定性，消除单霍尔元件装置的固有偏移，适用于恶劣的应用环境。

由于双线锁存器比传统的开路集电极输出开关少用一根线，因此双线锁存器尤其适用于对成本敏感的应用。而且，系统设计师能始终获得诊断信息，因为输出电流必须始终在两个狭窄范围内。 任何不在这两个范围内的电流水平则表明出现故障。

霍尔效应锁存器在出现南极强磁场时将处于高输出电流状态，并一直保持这一状态，直到出现北极强磁场。

该器件采用两种封装类型。LH 是供表面安装应用使用的 SOT-23W 微型低厚度封装。UA 是供过孔安装使用的三引脚超小型单列直插式封装 (SIP)。 两种封装均为无铅封装，采用 100% 雾锡镀层引脚框。
