Linear Hall-effect sensorsNew applications require medium accuracy and smaller package sizes. The Allegro A1304 linear Hall-effect sensor IC is designed to meet both requirements. This temperature-stable device is available in a small surface mount package (SOT23-W).

ProportionalLinear Hall-effect sensorsIt provides a voltage output proportional to the applied magnetic field and has a quiescent output voltage equivalent to approximately 50% of the supply voltage.

Each BiCMOS monolithic circuit integrates a Hall element, offset and sensitivity correction circuitry to correct for Hall element variations, a small signal high gain amplifier, and a proprietary dynamic offset cancellation technique.

The A1304 sensor IC is available in a 3-pin surface-mount SOT-23W package (LH suffix). The package is lead (Pb) free and features 100% matte tin leadframe plating.
