The Allegro™ A1369 is a user-programmable, high-precision linear Hall-effect current sensor IC.

The device is available in a low profile 3-pin SIP package that can be easily integrated with the core to create a high-precision current sensing module. With programmability, the A1369 eliminates manufacturing tolerances when the final current sensing module is assembled.

This temperature-stable device is available in a through-hole single in-line package (TO-92). Programmable functionality provided through the output pins improves device accuracy and enables end-of-production optimization without adding complexity and cost to fully programmed devices. The device uses nonvolatile memory and has a one-time programmable (OTP) feature that optimizes device sensitivity and quiescent output voltage (QVO) (no magnetic field output) for a given application or circuit. The A1369 also achieves temperature-optimized performance by programming sensitivity and QVO temperature coefficient at the end of Allegro production testing.

These ratiometric Hall-effect sensors provide a voltage output proportional to the applied magnetic field. The user-adjustable quiescent voltage output value is approximately 50% of the supply voltage and the output sensitivity is programmable from 8.5 mV/G to 12.5 mV/G (A1369EUA-10-T) and 22 mV/G to 26 mV/G (A1369EUA-24-T).

This linear device offers excellent performance and is ideal for industrial applications requiring high sensitivity and guarantees performance over a wide –40°C to +85°C temperature range.
