The A3910 is a two-way, half-bridgeElectric motor drivendesigned for low-cost, low-voltage, battery-powered applications. The output is rated for operation up to 500 mA.

By pairing the high-end andLow-end drivesDirect control enables high-side or low-side pulse-width modulation. The motor can be connected to a power source or ground. The braking action of the motor can be improved by using a MOS switch compared to using a simple clamping diode.

The A3910 is available in a 2 mm × 2 mm, 8-terminal QFN package (EE) with an exposed heat sink. The package is lead (Pb) free with 100% matte tin leadframe plating.
