The A5367 is a low-current CMOS circuit that provides all the features needed for an ionizing smoke detector. The networking feature allows up to 125 devices to be interconnected, and all devices can sound an alarm when any device detects smoke. Special features are also integrated into the design to facilitate the collaborative operation and testing of the finished detector. The device is certified by Underwriters Laboratories for use with smoke alarms and meets the requirements of standard UL217.
