A6282The device is specifically designed for LED display applications. The CMOS device contains an input shift register, included data latch, and 16 MOS constant current sink drivers.

CMOS shift registers and latches are allowed to be used on a par withmicroprocessorThe system is directly connected. Using a 3.3 or 5 volt logic supply, typical serial data input rates of 30 MHz can be achieved. The LED driver current level can be set by a single external resistor and determined by the application designer. The serial data output allows multi-device cascading in applications that require additional drive lines.

The A6282 is available in a variety of 24-terminal packages: QFN (ES) and eTSSOP (LP) with exposed heat shield and SOIC (LW). All packages are lead (Pb) free with 100% matte tin leadframe plating.
